Chocolate to the rescue

A recent Journal of the American Medical Association study found that eating 30 calories' worth of dark chocolate a day--about 1/4 of a tin of Sweetriot's fair-trade cacao nibs--can lower your blood pressure by as much as three points in just 18 weeks.
