I just wanted to tell you that I love the meal plan in "Slim Down with Soup" (January/February 2002). I've been following it and using the soup recipes since I got the issue in the mail. I find the recipes easy to follow and delicious. I am feeling so much better on this plan and am losing weight already. Thank you.

I really enjoyed "Slim Down with Soup." However, to make the Garlicky Tomato Soup Base you need 8 cups of vegetable broth, and I don't have a good recipe for vegetable broth. Can you suggest something?
