Natural Health, Dec, 2002 by K. McDaniel
EVEN THOUGH I PROMISED MYSELF I would go for a walk when I got home from work, instead I flopped down on my bed and read the September 2002 issue of Natural Health. The first article that caught my eye was "Double Your Energy in Two Weeks." It motivated me so much that I jumped up, drove to my local sporting goods store, and bought myself a pedometer! I had already been walking off and on for several months but really had no way of tracking my progress, so I was pleased to discover that what I considered a "short walk" consisted of 9,200 steps.
Thanks so much for an informative and motivational article. I'm going to buy pedometers for everyone I know.
