Nutritious plant-based diets create dramatic gains no matter what health factor you look at including heart disease, cancer, stroke risk, and of course, longevity. Now it appears you can live longer with fewer wrinkles to boot. However, a good diet is not an excuse to skip sunscreen--choose diet plus protection.
