New senior fellow

> Richard Vaz, associate dean of interdisciplinary and global studies and associate professor of electrical and computer engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, has been appointed as a senior science fellow at AAC & U. Over the years he has written for Liberal Education. As senior fellow, he will work with the staff of the Office of Education and Quality Initiatives to develop new strategies to achieve greater expectations in science, mathematics, engineering, and technology.
