* Medical Mutual, an Ohio-based insurer, is using Medco Health Solutions' RationalMed program to prevent adverse drug reactions among its members. RationalMed integrates medical and pharmacy data into a patient-specific record and alerts physicians about drug usage patterns that may be dangerous.
