* Gary Mansfield has been appointed president and chief operating officer of the NMHCRX Mail Order, Inc., the new mail-order division of National Medical Health Care Systems, Inc. Mansfield will be responsible for transitioning the company's outsourced mail-order pharmacy business to a new pharmacy fulfillment center, scheduled to open during the first quarter of 2003 in Miramar, FL.
