Those employer groups and their employees will benefit from lower rates on drugs indicated for such high-cost, high-risk conditions as hepatitis C, HIV/ AIS, hemophilia and Crohn's Disease. Both AdvancePCS SpecialtyRx and MIM Corporation's BioScrip specialty pharmacy are available through third party administrators to self-funded medical plans that purchase stop loss insurance from The Hartford.
