RADM John P. McLaughlin, USNR, Commander, Naval Reserve Forces Command, and RDML Fenton F. Priest III, SC, USNR, Commander DLA Contingency Support Team, were the guest speakers for the graduation ceremony of the 52nd Company of the Basic Qualification Course-Naval Reserve (BQC-NR) on Aug. 22.

RADM McLaughlin and RDML Priest congratulated the 17 officers of the 52nd Company on their achievements and helped officially designate them as fully qualified Supply Corps officers. Both admirals reaffirmed the importance of the Reservists' role in the modern Navy.

In addition to the graduation, events included a reception and dinner held in Scott Hall. CAPT Bob Monette, Commanding Officer of the Navy Supply Corps School, welcomed the 52nd Company students into the Supply Corps and applauded their families and the NSCS Reserve Training Division staff for 15 months of hard work.
