LCDR Robert J. Bennett

LCDR Robert J. Bennett, SC, USN, completed 20 years of active service and retired on March 1, 2003, after serving at Chief of Naval Operations, Arlington, Va. He received his bachelor's degree from Notre Dame College and his master's degrees from the Naval Postgraduate School and Brenau University. His previous duty stations include Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Financial Management and Comptroller), Arlington, Va.; Military Sealift Command Program Management Center, Washington, D.C.; Aviation Supply Office, Philadelphia, Pa.; Navy Supply Corps School, Athens, Ga.; and USS Haddock (SSN 621).

LCDR Thomas R. Clouthier

LCDR Thomas R. Clouthier, SC, USN, completed 23 years of active service and retired on April 1, 2003, after serving at Commander, Submarine Squadron 17, Bangor, Wash. He received his bachelor's degree from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. His previous duty stations include Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Bremerton, Wash.; USS Seawolf (SSN 21); Supervisor, Shipbuilding, Conversion and Repair, Bath, Maine; USS Springfield (SSN 761); and USS Lafayette (SSBN 616) (Gold).

LCDR Keith W. Ehrhard

LCDR Keith W. Ehrhard, SC, USN, completed 20 years of active service and retired on March 1, 2003, after serving at Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk, Va. He received his bachelor's degree from Indiana State University and his master's degree from Memphis State University. His previous duty stations include Navy Petroleum Office, Alexandria, Va.; Navy Amphibious Base, Little Creek, Va.; USS Stump (DD (978); Naval Regional Contracting Center, Naples, Italy; Chief of Naval Technical Training, Millington, Tenn.; and USS Strauss (DDG 16).

LCDR Michael K. Kirk

LCDR Michael K. Kirk, SC, USN, completed 20 years of active service and retired on March 1, 2003, after serving at Naval Inventory Control Point, Philadelphia, Pa. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Washington and his master's degree from Old Dominion University. His previous duty stations include Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk, Va.; USS Canopus (AS 34); Subase Maintenance and Support, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii; Commander, Submarine Development Group 1, San Diego, Calif.; and USS Phoenix (SSN 702).

LCDR Michael F. Kozma

LCDR Michael F. Kozma, SC, USN, completed 20 years of active service and retired on April 1, 2003, after serving at Defense Supply Center. He received his bachelor's degree from Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio. His previous duty stations include USS McKee (AS 41); Defense Finance and Accounting Services, Cleveland, Ohio; and USS Drum (SSN 677).

LCDR John Malveaux

LCDR John Malveaux, SC, USN, completed 20 years of active service and retired on April 1, 2003, after service at 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, Miramar Island, Calif. He received his bachelor's degree from University of New Orleans and his master's degree from the Naval War College. His previous duty stations include 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, El Toro, Calif.; Naval Air Station Miramar, Miramar Island, Calif.; USS Bowen (FFT 1079); Fitting Out and Supply Support Assistance Center, Norfolk, Va.; and USS Caloosahatchee (AO 98).

LCDR Patrick J. Stansfield

LCDR Patrick J. Stansfield, SC, USN, completed 20 years of active service and retired on March 1, 2003, after service at Defense Finance and Accounting Services, Arlington, Va. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and his master's degree from the Naval Postgraduate School. His previous duty stations include Program Executive Office, Space Communications and Sensors Program, San Diego, Calif.; Surface Weapons Officer School Command, Newport, R.I.; USS Stein (FF 1065); USS Alamo (LSD 33); Navy Finance Center, Cleveland, Ohio; and USS John Young (DD 973).

LCDR Noel Wiscovitch

LCDR Noel Wiscovitch, SC, USN, completed 23 years of active service and retired on April 1, 2003, after service at Commander, Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group 2, Little Creek, Va. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, N.M. His previous duty stations include USS Nassau (LHA-4); Commander, Submarine Squadron 6, Norfolk, Va.; and USS Narwhal (SSN 671).
