Flapping edge box blade increases maneuverability
Concrete Construction, Feb, 2003
GradeMaster Pro is a grading system that maintains accuracy to within 1/4 inch. Like the typical grading system, GradeMaster Pro features a heavy-duty box blade (with front and rear cutting edges) and laser system. But unlike other systems, the box blade features a "flapping" rear edge that discards material caught between the blade's two cutting edges.
This feature increases maneuverability, letting the operator push or pull material to make grade. The system comes with standard boxes that are 6, 7, or 8 feet wide and have forward capacities of 2/3, 4/5, and 1/10 cubic yard, respectively. Special size boxes are available upon request.
