Managing risk is easier when you have good people on board, both team members and outside advisors: attorneys, accountants, bonding companies, banks

Concrete Construction, August, 2004

* Managing risk is easier when you have good people on board, both team members and outside advisors: attorneys, accountants, bonding companies, hanks. We're very well-staffed. I'll give you an example: We did an underpinning job years ago that our bonding company and insurance company were very nervous about.

But we had a very strong team including a very good engineer whom we put on as a full-time consultant for that project. In the end it turned out to be very low risk and very lucrative.
