The annual Fall Dispatcher Training Forum hosted by NRMCA takes place Nov. 16-18 at the RMC Research Foundation Education Center in Silver Spring, Md. The forum begins with the basics of concrete, covering issues such as mix designs, handling, placing, and finishing, and basics of trouble shooting. Other topics will include the dispatch work environment, problems, good service, organizing the office, scheduling, shipping, customer service, listening skills, and dealing with difficult external customers and peers.
