The Probst retaining wall clamp can lift as many as 5 retaining wall units at once, using a tracked backhoe or mini-excavator. An automatic locking and release mechanism permits no-hands clamping and unclamping. Other features include a lifting eye for attaching chain or cable, handles to guide the clamp, height adjustment pads, and more. The product reportedly saves time, speeding up wall installation by 30% to 40%, and conserves labor costs. In addition, it reduces the risk of back strain.
