PCA names head of sustainable development

> The Portland Cement Association (PCA) named David Shepherd director, sustainable development. In the newly-created position, he will be responsible for developing and promoting sustainable applications for concrete and cement. A registered architect, Shepherd joined PCA in 2000 as manager of residential technology, responsible for coordination of research and training of technical issues and promotion of concrete homes in the U.S.
