Class acts: more young minds are about to enter our industry

In addition to mowing the lawn, getting married, and cleaning the house, spring also means college graduates will stroll down the aisle, dressed in caps and gowns, with twinkles in their eyes, and visions of a mad world ahead of them waiting to be conquered.

Our industry has its own select group of graduates of which we can be proud. Thirty students were scheduled to graduate in May from the Concrete Industry Management (CIM) program at Middle Tennessee State University. This is the largest class yet to graduate from the 11-year-old program in Murfreesboro, Tenn.

Some of you already have hired past graduates. Others might be considering it. To make that easier, THE CONCRETE PRODUCER is again publishing the names of students scheduled to graduate from the program this year.
