Partnership forms Besser GmbH
Concrete Producer, The, August, 2004
Besser Co., the Alpena, Mich.-based block machine manufacturer, has formed a partnership with Hess Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. of Burbach-Wahlbach, Germany, a concrete block and pipemaking equipment manufacturer with locations in Germany, Canada, China, and France. The partnership, Besser GmbH of Emden, then acquired OMAG of Emden.
This allows Besser to add large pallet equipment to its current product line, and provides Hess manufacturing capacity in Emden. Visit www.besser.com.
