AGC offers marketing training CD

Masonry Construction, Nov-Dec, 2003 by Ron Holzhauer

The Associated General Contractors Association of America's program on "Marketing Your Firm: A Proven Process for Contractors" offers specific advice on how to position a company to get the business it wants and how to stay ahead of the competition by identifying the firm's advantages. The new CD contains eight hours of marketing training for the beginner or the experienced professional.

"Even the contractor with no experience at marketing can easily create a strategy by using the interactive exercises, case studies, and interviews with contractors," stated Stephen E. Sandherr, AGC chief executive officer.

The CD is available to AGC member for $249 and can be ordered at www.agc.org/bookstore. AGC and chapters across the country plan to deliver classroom training featuring the CD over the coming months. More information on this training is available at www.agcmarketing.org.
