Device holds vertical rebar in place

Contractors can stabilize vertical rebar in block foundation walls in seconds by using this device, which holds up to five pieces in place. Installation involves four steps: measuring for steel reinforcement layout, placing the device on a 2 x 4 template, fastening it with a 6p-doublehead nail, and clipping the rebar in place. The device is reusable, comes in five diameters, and is made of a durable plastic. It is safety orange and has a view notch to facilitate accurate steel layout. Once grout or concrete is set, the device is pried off the template with a claw hammer or dislodged from the rebar by hitting the template with a sledgehammer horizontally.
