Water Sealant and Anti-Graffitiant is a dual-purpose, silicone rubber-based, inorganic sealant that provides invisible non-sacrificial protection from graffiti and water damage. The product penetrates new and existing substrates and fills pores to prevent paint penetration and has excellent stability against UV rays, salt spray, and acid rain. Pre-treating a wide variety of porous building surfaces--such as stucco, concrete, brick, block, and wood--adds years of protection to the structure. Easily applied by spray, roller, or brush, the clear product permits expansion and contraction caused by building movement and temperature extremes. The product is VOC-compliant, allows elastomeric bridging of hairline cracks, and dries to the touch within an hour (subject to temperature and humidity).
