Admixture fights freeze/thaw problems

Trysta ready-to-use admixture is designed specifically for low-slump manufactured concrete products to enhance the durability of pavers, retaining wall units, and block exposed to environments of repeated freezing and thawing. It's formulated to help these products meet or surpass ASTM C 1372 and emerging freeze/thaw standards. The product enhances cement dispersion in low-slump concrete admixtures to improve overall quality, uniformity, and strength. It also features friction-reducing polymers and surfactants that entrain micron-sized air bubbles into the concrete to accommodate the volume change during freeze/thaw but not weaken the microstructure.
