Decks combine aluminum and plywood

Masonry Construction, July-August, 2004

A line of scaffolding decks consists of a high-strength, lightweight aluminum frame and a 1/2-inch plywood deck with protected edges. Each deck has heavy-duty aluminum hooks (offset hooks allow continuous runs) and safety latches, and the deck rungs feature a handling slot for ease of use. Standard sizes are 5-foot, 7-foot, and 10-foot long; widths of 19 inches and 24 inches are available. Custom sizes can be ordered. The decks are sent assembled of unassembled to conserve shipping costs.
