* Loop-Loc Ltd., based in Hauppauge, N.Y., has named LeeAnn Donaton-Pests president and chief financial officer. Donaton-Pesta is the daughter of Bill Donaton, who founded the pool safety cover manufacturing firm in 1977. Bill Donaton, the former president, now will be chief executive officer. Following a six-year career on Wall Street, Donaton-Pesta began working at Loop-Loc in customer service in the early 1990s.
In 1997, she was named senior vice president.
