NAMCO to buy Branch Brook Co

NAMCO, LLC, a retailer of aboveground pools, accessories and patio furniture, has agreed to acquire the assets of Branch Brook Co., a Hazlet, N.J.-based pool retailer. CEO Stephen Radocchia said the acquisition fills a gap in NAMCO's territory. Branch Brook owns six stores in New Jersey. Kevin Ventrice, president of Branch Brook, will join NAMCO as executive vice president.
NAMCO is based in Manchester, Conn., and operates 35 stores.
