Integrity[R] The Anchor Of New England Dealer
As a dealer serving a wide swath of northern New England, Peter Brnger has a diverse clientele. His business, Marvin Windows and Doors Showcase at Millwork Masters, located in Keene, NH, serves contractors, architects and consumers looking for windows and doors that will withstand the harsh northeastern winters. As their name suggests, Millwork Masters sells exclusively Marvin products. "We dedicated ourselves to the Marvin line when we went into business in 1995. Marvin provides us with a complete family of solutions," says Brnger.

Since the introduction of Integrity windows in the mid-90s, many of Brnger's customers have become converts to Integrity. "It's a very high-performing unit for people who value a high quality window," says Brnger. "Integrity is very competitive against everything else out there on the market."
Brnger thinks there are several reasons why Integrity is so popular. "Integrity hits so many different segments and does them all well. But the biggest selling point is the Ultrex component of the window. You can paint it or simply leave it alone; it expands and contracts at the same rate as glass, and it's dam near indestructible." For the uninitiated, Ultrex is a supertough polymer of glass fibers and polyester resin, creating an unyielding structural backbone for every Integrity door and window, as well as the weather-proof exterior.
Brnger has seen Integrity sales increase year after year. "This year alone Integrity sales are up 81% over last year. Some of our contractors are 100% Integrity," he says.
Brnger credits Integrity's attention to the demands of the market with its success. "Our company has a relationship with Integrity that includes interaction and feedback, and they are very responsive to the market. Integrity was something so innovative to the marketplace that it's carved out its own niche."
