Integrity[R] Is Solid Performer For MN Lumberyard
Spring Lake Park Lumber is a family-owned business with strong ties to the community. "My dad came to work for the original owner, but he had three daughters and they weren't interested in taking over the family business," explains Dann Francen, President. "So my dad bought the place and we've been here ever since."
A Marvin dealer for the last 40 years, Spring Lake Park Lumber has been selling Integrity windows since they were first introduced to the market. "We have an excellent relationship with Marvin, so adding the Integrity window to our product line was an easy choice."
In fact, Francen estimates that approximately 45% of all Spring Lake Park Lumber's window sales are derived from the Integrity line. "They are a really good window for the price," he explains. "Although they are competing with the lower cost options on the market, their performance is top of the line. And in Minneapolis that's important! Plus, they seem to be expanding the available options and improving the window each year--the introduction of LowE glass made them even better suited for the climate here."
Spring Lake Park Lumber is a full-service lumberyard whose clientele are primarily tradespeople. A large portion of their customers have been with them for years. "We sell what the market demands and our customers are asking for Integrity. Our contractors know that the windows are backed by Marvin and that you can't get a better window for the price."
