After facing a decline 14 months ago due to a soft market, under-capitalization after expansion, and poorly performing yards, the Salem, Ore.

based pro dealer says it launched a turnaround effort that included hiring an independent consultant, implementing new operating practices, closing eight yards, and reforming collection procedures.
