Texas Instruments changes its quarter 2 sales forecast

U.S.-based Texas Instruments has changed its sales forecast for the second quarter as it anticipates an increase in demand for the latest handsets with color screens and built-in digital cameras. The company is hopeful that its sales figure will rise to between $3.17 billion and $3.29 billion, mainly due to the demand of its latest mobile phones in Asia.
