In addition, Amedia announced that it has expanded its corporate headquarters by twenty-five percent to launch a top-tier customer technical support center that will provide support on a global basis.

"Amedia is embarking on an exciting period of anticipated growth. To this end, we have systematically pursued and recruited world class talent to help us manage our operations and further develop our global footprint," stated Frank Galuppo, President and CEO of Amedia. Prior to founding Fair Haven, Stuart spent twenty years with Lucent, Bell Laboratories, and AT & T, where his responsibilities included Mergers and Acquisitions, Product Management, and Technical Marketing in both Asia and Latin America. While serving in the European office, Waldman's efforts resulted in $75 million in annual sales as well as a ten-point gain in market share in Eastern and Central Europe for Lucent's networking gear.

Stuart Waldman earned a Bachelors degree in Math and Physics from Bennington College and a Masters degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts. He also completed an executive education program at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

As Amedia pursues its commercialization phase in multiple geographical markets, it has begun to build out its business operations and customer support infrastructure. Commenting on the new technical support center, J.D. The Eatontown, New Jersey-based customer technical support center will closely integrate with regional customer support centers deployed by Amedia and its partners to ensure that customers have immediate access to the highest level of knowledge, support, and responsiveness. Among other functions, regional centers located in close proximity to customers will generally provide the first line technical support.
