Fiberlogix signs distributor

Fiberlogix, an independent supplier of functional fibers, announced it has signed a distribution agreement with Richardson Electronics to supply its "Specialty Optical Fibers" in US, Europe and Far East. Fiberlogix is a supplier of Application Specific Fiber Solutions to the Communications and Fiber Sensors market, which include Photosensitive, High NA, High Raman Gain, High Non-linear, Coupler Fiber and Fibers with reduced cladding and special coatings. The company uses its state of the art ISO 9000 certified manufacturing facility and proprietary manufacturing processes to deliver innovative and Cost Competitive Fiber Solutions.

Under the agreement, Richardson will supply Specialty Fibers for both low and high volume applications across a broad range of market sectors. Fiberlogix and Richardson believe the customers will greatly benefit from the complimentary technical skills of innovation and superior customer services of the two companies. FiberLogix and Richardson will also work together with their customer to design and manufacture Fibers for Specific Applications. This will involve working closely with their customers.
