General Components Inc. (GCI) has joined the Plastic Optical Fiber Trade Organization (POFTO), a leading non-profit organization in the Plastic Fiber industry. POFTO's main focus is the promotion of the POF industry through studies, product research, trade show sponsorship, and conference organization.
"We are excited about this opportunity of becoming a member of POFTO and working closely with all other members to promote and realize the full potential of POF globally." said Bruce Cole, President and Vice Chairman of General Components.
POFTO will be presenting at the OFC conference between March 8 and 10 in Anaheim, California. GCI will attend the POFTO presentation as a member company in Room 203A at 11AM on March 9 at the Anaheim Convention Center.
