Multispectral awarded FCC certification for world's first Ultra Wideband system - New Products - Brief Article

Multispectral Solutions Inc. (MSSI), a recognized worldwide leader in Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, announces the receipt of a Grant of Equipment Authorization from the FCC certifying that the Company's SPIDER-650 radar system meets the Commission's UWB regulations for sale in the United States.

SPIDER-650 is an unique, UWB radar system which operates in an unrestricted, FCC Part 15 band above 6 GHz. Initial targeted markets include fixed surveillance applications for law enforcement, fire or emergency rescue and manufacturers licensees. SPIDER-650's low cost, small physical size and high performance is expected to create significant demand in the commercial radar industry.
