Pronto Networks, a provider of carrier-class OSS solutions for large Wi-Fi hot spot networks, announced a partnership with GuestWiFi, a premier provider of low cost, reliable and affordable wireless services for hotels, to accelerate the momentum of hot spot deployments in hotels. Leveraging Pronto Networks' leading Wi-Fi infrastructure solution and hosted services, GuestWiFi is now providing high-speed wireless Internet access services to business travelers at over a dozen brand name hotels in six states primarily throughout the Northeast, including several Holiday Inn and Best Western locations.

In this partnership, GuestWiFi will handle the sales and installation and provide hotel customers with point-of-sale kits for fast start service launch. Pronto Networks, through its Hotspot Managed Services, will provide all back office operations including authentication, security, pre-paid and postpaid billing, 24 x 7 network monitoring, roaming settlement, and 24/7 toll free customer service.
