The MMAD Program is supported by two fully competed Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with IBM Global Services and GTSI Corp. The program is designed to fulfill high and medium level IT product and service requirements of DoD and other federal users by providing items to establish, modernize, upgrade, refresh and consolidate system environments. MMAD is designed to ensure the latest products and services are available in a flexible manner to meet the various requirements identified by DoD and other agencies. This flexibility includes special solution CLINs, technology insertion provisions, ODC (Other Direct Cost) provisions for ordering related non-contract items, and no dollar/ratio limitation for ordering services and hardware.
