The MMAD Program is supported by two fully competed Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with IBM Global Services and GTSI Corp. The program is designed to fulfill high and medium level IT product and service requirements of DoD and other federal users by providing items to establish, modernize, upgrade, refresh and consolidate system environments. This flexibility includes special solution CLINs, technology insertion provisions, ODC (Other Direct Cost) provisions for ordering related non-contract items, and no dollar/ratio limitation for ordering services and hardware.
