* Altos Hornos de Mexico (Ahmsa) says it may restart debt payments now that the iron and steel company has hired US-based agent the Weston Group. Details were not forthcoming. Approximately US$500 million of Ahmsa's US$1.85 billion debt are in bonds. Payments were suspended in May 1999 when the government handed the company bankruptcy protection.
