Germany-based GLL US Retail purchased the 464,000-square-foot Legacy Place shopping center in Palm Beach Gardens from St. Petersburg-based Sembler Family Partnership for $180.2 million.

Van Dyke Miami Beach Inc. sold its 22,575-square-foot mixed-use building on Lincoln Road--which includes Van Dyke restaurant--for $15.5 million to Lincoln Road/Jefferson Street Investors LLC. The 1924 building was purchased by Soyka Miami Beach for $870,000 in 1992.
Stiles West Associates Ltd. sold the 63,829-square-foot North Hills Square shopping center in Coral Springs to WCOT North Hills Square LLC for $11.5 million.
Alpha Tamarac sold the 31,227-square-foot Tamarac shopping center located at 6001-6095 N. University Drive to AWW Property for $9.8 million.
