Turnberry in Vegas, take two - Big Deals - Turnberry Associates - Brief Article

* Aventura-based Turnberry Associates is forming a joint venture with Las Vegas-based entertainment, hotel and gaming company MGM Mirage to build a luxury condo-hotel. The complex will be at the northeast end of the MGM Grand resort in Las Vegas. The development could have as many as six 40-story towers; sales on the first are expected to begin next summer, with a tentative groundbreaking set for the second quarter of 2004.
Turnberry already has a presence in Vegas, having built the $600 million Turnberry Place condominium there.
