Names & faces: fundraising for Miami Children's Hospital and Voices for Children, and fun times for art lovers and designers

1) Fashion designer Todd Oldham, in town for Art Basel, was the guest of honor at a Spire Bar & Lounge cocktail party, the new rooftop bar at The Hotel on Miami Beach. At the party were Goldman Properties CEO Tony Goldman, Oldham and Jessica Goldman, chief operating officer of Goldman Properties.

2) Developer Terra International hosted an art dedication for Jenny Holzer's Xenon for Miami--an art installation projected onto Miami's Freedom Tower. On hand were Terra's chief operating officer David Martin, City of Miami Mayor Manuel A. Diaz, Terra CEO Pedro Martin and Terra senior vice president Gigi Ganatra.

3) Mayors Jewelers honored its newest jewelry designer, Michele della Valle, at an event held at the Village of Merrick Park to benefit the Miami Children's Hospital Foundation. At the festivities were Mayors chairman and CEO Tom Andruskevich with Robin Reiter, president of Miami Children's Hospital Foundation, and della Valle.

4) The United Way Women's Leadership Luncheon, honoring volunteers who helped raise more than $5 million for the Miami-Dade chapter, was attended by United Way Women's Leadership chair Barbara Garrett, co-chair Missy Carricarte-Kardonski and Jackie Fletcher, vice president of community affairs for Turnberry Ocean Colony.

5) In his downtime, Steve Flowers, president of UPS Latin America & Caribbean, gives back to the community by volunteering his time reading to children in a Liberty City elementary school.

6) A fundraiser to benefit the Voices for Children guardian ad litem program was held at the home of Jeff and Yolanda Berkowitz. At the event were developer Don Peebles, TotalBank Chairman Adrienne Arsht, EWM CEO Allen Harper, and Katrina Peebles.
