Prime Parcel Apartments: Polo Glen Apartments in Plantation fetched one of the highest per-unit and per-square-foot prices of any apartments in the tn-county area when the 11-building, 230-unit complex sold for $31.7 million to South Florida brothers Geoftrey Paskow and Ira Paskow. The one-, two- and three-bedroom units with garages rent for $900 to $1,800 per month. Seller Bainbridge Polo Glen, a unit of Wellington-based Bainbridge Properties, received $1 38,000 per unit ($1 22 per square foot) for Polo Glen, which is located at 7350 NW Fourth St.

Fixer-Upper: The Deerfield Mall, a 371,000-square-foot outdoor mall at 3984 Hillsboro Blvd. in Deerfield Beach, sold for $42.6 million ($1 15 per square foot) to a partnership between Davie-based Ross Matz Investments and Ross Realty. New York-based seller Investcorp. had paid $34.7 million for the property in 1999. Ross Matz plans to invest at least $450,000 in renovations at the 96-percent occupied mall, whose tenants include a Publix, Sunrise Cinemas and Walgreens.
