* Miami International Commerce Center has been sold for $205 million to California real estate investment trust PB Business Parks. Seller Heitman Real Estate Investment Management received more than 20 offers for the 3.4-million-square-foot, 53-building complex in Miami-Dade's Airport West area; the center has a 20 percent vacancy rate.
