WRMF-FM in Palm Beach County gets new owner - Big Deals

* Radio station WRMF-FM 97.9 in Palm Beach County was sold for more than $70 million, the Palm Beach Post reported. The station's buyer is newly formed Palm Beach Broadcasting LLC, headed by Michael Cutchall of Houston and financially backed by Boston-based private equity firm Great Hill Partners.

The seller of WRMF James Crystal Enterprises, still owns nine radio stations, including three in Palm Beach County: WLVJ-AM 640, WDJA-AM 850, and WJNA-AM 1230.
