* A condo by any other name is still a condo. Nonetheless, the latest project planned for Sunny Isles has a distinctly biblical ring to its name: the King David, a 14-story Mediterranean-style residence with 88 units.

The property is being developed by J. Milton & Associates, of Pinnacle and Sayan fame. Partner and executive vice president Yosi Gil is in charge of all aspects of development and marketing for the project. As for the name, which Gil chose, could it have something to do with his real estate career in Israel in the 1980s? Gil says the name simply sounded good to him.
Regardless, expect the project to carry the same upscale wall finishes, marble showers and high-end appliances of any luxury condominium. Presales have reportedly hit 88 percent.
