Office Depot Inc. named Steve Odland its new CEO, replacing Neil R. Austrian, a board member who had been interim CEO since October 2004. Odland was the chairman and CEO of auto parts retailer AutoZone. The Delray Beach-based office supply company also named chief financial officer Charles E. Brown president, international; Monica Luechtefeld executive vice president, business development and information technology; and Timothy Toews chief information officer.
