Current Position: President and CEO, The Falor Cos.
Background: The chairman's son, Falor literally grew up in hotels, soaking in the business. He started working full time for his father's hotel management company after high school, and became its president in 2000. By 2003, when the company switched from managing hotels to acquiring them for condo-hotel conversions, Falor was named president and CEO.
The Future: Falor is looking for land acquisitions in Ireland and the United Kingdom. Always scouting for opportunities, he says he relies on the company jet to get him to the six or seven cities worldwide that he visits every week.
An Opportunity Grabbed: Falor says he enjoys negotiating deals and that: "Being exposed to the business early gave me a huge head start."
