* Privately held local condo converter Crescent Heights is buying the 1,300-unit Mirador in Miami Beach from Virginia-based Charles E. Smith Residential Realty for $190 million. The five building apartment complex is on Biscayne Bay. If the deal goes through, it will set a record as the highest priced apartment building transaction ever in South Florida.
