Irradio Holdings Ltd., headed by Spanish Broadcasting System Inc. CEO Raul Alarcon Jr., sold the 26,000-square-foot SBS Tower, along with 16 town-homes and a 1,097-space parking garage, for $100 million. Buyer KRA Tower LLC, whose principals are Eddie Avila, Carlos Avila and Simon Abel Groll, has converted it into office condominiums.
