The Boymelgreen Group and Africa Israel, which made a splash when they entered the Miami market in 2004, agreed to conclude their joint venture partnership Leviev Boymelgreen and distribute assets. Shaya Boymelgreen will keep the partnership's South Florida condo projects, including Marquis, Vitri and Soleil, while Israeli billionaire Lev Leviev will keep their New York land.
Kimco Realty Corp. (based in New York state) bought Miami shopping center Flagler Park Plaza for $95 million, or $217 per square foot. Terranova Corp. represented the unidentified seller, which it says paid $54.3 million for the property nearly four years ago.

Miami-based Paramount Companies of Florida sold the 248-unit Biscayne Beach Club apartments in Kendall to Miami-based BHI Developers for $31 million. Apartment Realty Advisors brokered the deal.
New York-based Tishman Speyer Properties bought The Courvoisier Centre, Brickell Key's only office building, for $150 million. The seller was REIT Florida Office Property Co. Tom Beneville, managing director of Jones Lang LaSalle, brokered the deal.
