* Talk about practicing on the edge. Miami law firm Ferrell Schultz Carter Zumpano & Fertel recently announced the opening of an office in Beirut, Lebanon. Granted, the city was once a key banking center for the Middle East, but that was before bullet holes replaced boutonnieres. Ferrell Schultz also recently opened an office in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and plans to open a Caracas, Venezuela office.
The firm sees demand for US legal services rising in all these locales, and will rotate lawyers through the various offices. We hope bulletproof vests will be provided upon request.
