Nixon Home - Deal Spotlight

A Key Biscayne home once owned by Richard Nixon has sold for $5.4 million - $1,184 per square foot for the 4,559-square foot house at 500 Bay Lane Spanish language musician Raphael Martos sold the house which bad been in foreclosure (he purchased it for $1.05-million in 1986) to a corporation that special izes in buying property for its clients.
The company is expected to hold the home for a short time before selling it to a new owner. Nixon had purchased the house for $125,000 in 1968 and sold it for $320,000 in 1976.
