SBA towers deal - Big deals: following the money - SBA Communications Corp - AAT Communications Corp - Brief Article

* Boca Raton-based SBA Communications announced that AAT Communications Corp. has exercised its option to purchase an additional 122 wireless-communication towers (located in Wisconsin) from SBA for $43 million in cash. The acquisition marks the completion of AAT's 801-tower purchase agreement with SBA, made in March of this year.
The sale is expected to close at the beginning of October; SBA expects to record a $12 million gain from the transaction.
